Account Questions

To create an account at Baje Live, you will need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number (01X), a valid email address, and your full name and date of birth. Most importantly, you must be 18 years of age or older. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. Register here.

Each person may only hold one account at Baje Live. If multiple accounts are opened using the same mobile number, email address, or banking details, all associated accounts will be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for security purposes. It confirms that the account holder is a real person and is aged 18+. You may be required to upload a photo of your National ID or passport before your first withdrawal. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

For security reasons, your account name and date of birth cannot be changed automatically. If you need to update this information, please email support@bajelive.im with a copy of your national ID — our team will take action within 48 hours.

Deposit FAQs

After logging in, go to "Wallet" or "Deposit". Select your preferred payment method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. Your balance typically updates within 2–5 minutes.

Withdrawal FAQs

Withdrawals on Baje Live are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours or for larger amounts, it may take up to 24 hours. If KYC verification is not complete, your first withdrawal may be delayed.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Baje Live is ৳500. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level. VIP members are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirements. Once completed, the bonus winnings are converted to your real balance and can then be withdrawn.
