These Terms & Conditions apply to the Baje Live platform (bajelive.im) and all associated services, products, and applications. Baje Live is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on Baje Live. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

- Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during account registration is accurate and kept up to date.

KYC Verification
For withdrawals above a certain amount, Baje Live may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may involve submitting a scanned copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.
Accounts created with false information will be terminated and all bonuses forfeited. Withdrawal of any remaining balance may also be blocked.

Deposit Terms & Conditions
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction. Submitting duplicate claims for the same transaction will be treated as fraud.
Baje Live will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password. Anyone who does is attempting fraud — please report it to our support team immediately.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
4Withdrawal Policy & Procedures
Baje Live is committed to fast withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal Terms & Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Daily Maximum Withdrawal Limit: ৳50,000
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection
Baje Live reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:
- If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- If there is a verification issue on your account
- If suspicious activity or indications of multiple accounts are detected
- In the event of a technical error (which will be resolved within a maximum of 24 hours)
5Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Policy
- Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement.
- Winnings earned by playing with bonus balance will also be treated as bonus balance — until all wagering requirements have been met.
- Unclaimed bonuses will be automatically cancelled once their claim period expires.
- Two bonuses cannot be active simultaneously, though exceptions may apply in certain cases.
Bonus Abuse
Baje Live monitors bonus abuse through automated systems. If a player uses "low-risk betting" or "safe betting" strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements, Baje Live reserves the right to cancel the bonus or permanently suspend the account.

6Gaming Rules
All games on Baje Live are powered by internationally recognised RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is entirely random and never predetermined.
Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

- Limits for Sports Betting are set per match and market.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (internet disconnection, server error, etc.), Baje Live will attempt to resume the game from the point at which the issue occurred. If that is not possible, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
If displayed odds or payout information contain a technical error and someone gains an abnormal win by exploiting that error, Baje Live reserves the right to void such winnings.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baje Live. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Operating multiple accounts or claiming the welcome bonus more than once.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
- Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Threatening or harassing other members or Baje Live staff.
- Exploiting technical errors to place bets or claim winnings.
Baje Live uses an advanced anti-fraud system. Suspicious activity is detected automatically, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
8Responsible Gaming

10Account Closure & Deactivation
Members who wish to close their account should contact the support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Grounds for Account Closure by Baje Live
- For breach of these terms and conditions
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
- Registering with false information
- If KYC verification is not completed
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days, except in cases where the Terms & Conditions have been violated.
11Limitation of Liability
Baje Live accepts no liability for the following:
- Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Losses caused by issues with your own device or software.
- Losses resulting from third-party technical failures.
- If your login credentials are exposed to a third party and unauthorized access occurs.
